Policies

We understand that schedules change. However, to maintain fairness to all students and the instructor's time, the following policy applies:

• Package refunds — A refund on the unused portion of a package is available only if cancellation is given within 48 hours of the most recent lesson.
• No refund for completed lessons — No refund will be issued for any lesson that has already taken place.
• Late cancellation — If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact John as early as possible to avoid losing your lesson time.

JM Driving School accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash — accepted for all lesson types
• Debit — accepted for all lesson types

Credit cards and e-transfers are not accepted at this time.

10-Class Package Payment Schedule

• Day 1: 50% of the total package price is due on the first class.
• By Class 5: The remaining 50% is due no later than the fifth class.

All prices shown on the website include 5% GST.

The following requirements must be met before and during every lesson:

• JM Driving School reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
• Lessons are conducted in John's vehicle. Students must treat the vehicle respectfully.
• All lessons are conducted on public roads in Metro Vancouver. Road conditions and weather are outside the instructor's control.
• By booking a lesson, you confirm that you meet all requirements listed above.
